Greetings,
Thanks so much for all of you asking how I have been doing since my Covid-19 experience. I am doing great physically and do not have any residuals. Allison and I really appreciate all of your support during the weirdest and most challenging year in Chiropractic to date. Now is the time to re-focus on your health. Since we do not have a vaccine for Covid, what steps are you taking daily to keep your health in optimum form? It always goes back to the basics. So, the focus of the week should be:
Water: Only some of us drink enough water and are fully hydrated. One simple formula is to take your weight and then divide by 2 to get your ideal intake of water in ounces. So, if your 160lbs, 1/2 of that is 80. In this example, 80 ounces of water per day is the minimum amount needed especially since we live in a desert. You are suppose to add 12 ounces for every hour of exercise and if your in a dry climate, ie Arizona, add another 12 ounces. The best way to get hydrated is to drink water at room temperature slowly and consistently throughout the day. Staying hydrated can decrease the risk of stroke, help with constipation, and also make your complexion look fantastic. Try it out, make a goal, measure, and find a way to make it happen. Do this for the next 3 weeks and see your health, energy, and vitality sky rocket.
Have a fantastic week of great energy and health. Stay focussed on the little things and always remember to get your nervous system checked frequently during these challenging times. See you soon in the office,
Yours in Health,

You know I always love your tips! Such a good and simple challenge. When the weather turns a little colder I know I'm not as good drinking as much water. It's on the calendar and I measured out my jug! ð
