New Patients at Hoffer Chiropractic

On your first visit to our office you will notice plenty of parking right in front of the office and a warm welcome by our staff when you arrive. Many have already filled out the paperwork for your visit by accessing it on our website. However, this can be done when you arrive as well. Once the paperwork is completed, you will be given a brief tour of the office on your way to meet Dr. Hoffer.

This visit is one of the most important visits in our office. This is where Dr. Hoffer will discuss your findings from the Exam and X-rays so that you can understand the nature of your problem. Bringing another family member with you on this visit is always encouraged. We will set up goals together to meet your specific needs and design a road to recovery to accomplish better health and well-being.

At this visit we will also explain how much your chiropractic care will cost and discuss your payment options and any insurance you may have. How long you and your family decide to benefit from chiropractic care is always up to you.

After the investment of time on the first and second visits, many practice members are wondering how long a typical office visit will take. In most cases it will take just 5-10 minutes.

When you arrive at our Scottsdale chiropractic office, you will sign in and one of our staff members will direct you to either the rehabilitation center for specific flexibility program that has been designed for your condition or you may go directly to an adjusting room.

When you arrive in the adjusting room, we recommend that you prepare your spine for your chiropractic adjustment. This is easily done by lying down on the table and taking deep breaths while listening to the music and relaxing. Dr. Hoffer arrives shortly after to give you your adjustment and get you on your way.
